Mango & Vanilla Post Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 serving Athena Vanilla Protein
  • 1tsp Honey (adjust for desired sweetness)
  • 2 tsp Chia
  • Water - add until desired consistency reached

Optional: Mint garnish

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, top up with water to reach desired consistency.
  2. Extra tip: for more carbohydrates add oats
