Mango & Vanilla Post Workout Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 serving Athena Vanilla Protein
- 1tsp Honey (adjust for desired sweetness)
- 2 tsp Chia
- Water - add until desired consistency reached
Optional: Mint garnish
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, top up with water to reach desired consistency.
- Extra tip: for more carbohydrates add oats
