How to use

When - Consume within 30 minutes after exercising for optimal muscle recovery. Also great as a delicious shake any time of the day as a protein and iron top up.

How - Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 200mL of cold water to a shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

Protein needs depend on body weight and level of activity. The Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) for protein in the average adult is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight.

For example, a 70 kg sedentary adult would require approximately 56 grams of protein per day. Research shows that women aged 20 to 35 benefit from an optimal daily intake of 1.6 to 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight (for a 70kg woman that would be 112-154 grams per day).
