The "Love it in the first thirty days, or your money back guarantee" is applicable across our entire product range and is only valid for purchases made through our Australian online e-commerce platform at athenanutrition.com.au. This guarantee applies to purchases made after 27th March 2025 and ends 27th July 2025.
The "Love it in the first 30 days, or your money back guarantee" applies to the purchase of our products only and does not include reimbursement for shipping fees.
Customers are limited to one return request per product per month and cannot request a refund for the same product more than once.
To initiate a the "Love it in the first 30 days, or your money back guarantee", customers must complete and fill out and submit a guarantee form. Once received, our customer service team will process the request, and if required our nutritionist team will reach out for additional details via the provided number on the returns form.
You must activate the "Love it in the first 30 days, or your money back guarantee" within 30 days of receiving your product/order to qualify. Any request outside the 30 days will not be accepted.
Our "Love it in the first 30 days, or your money back guarantee" does not cover changes of mind, and customers must demonstrate that they have tried the product by providing an image of the products(s) opened and unsealed on the provided form. All product(s) Products must contain at least 80% of their original weight or volume to qualify for refund.
Once your "Love it in the first 30 days, or your money back guarantee" claim has been received and processed, we will issue either a full refund or a store credit equal to the original purchase price, as stated on your order invoice (excluding shipping and handling fees).
If the "store credit" refund method has been selected, the store credit will be applied to your Athena account. If you do not have an Athena account, please select the "full refund" as your refund method.
Most refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Athena reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy without notice, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
