Athena Protein Granola Clusters

Looking for an easy way to level up your breakfast or snack? These protein granola clusters are the perfect addition. Crunchy, lightly sweet and made with balanced macros, they turn a simple bowl into something more satisfying.  

Sprinkle over Greek yoghurt for an instant boost or enjoy as a cereal-style option when you want something quick but nourishing.  

Ingredients 

  • 1 serving of Athena Vanilla Protein Shake + Iron  
  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • ½ cup nuts/seeds (e.g. almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes -customise to taste) 
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey 
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon  

Method:  

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. 

  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined.  

  1. Spread mixture evenly onto a lined baking tray.  

  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and set.  

  1. Allow to cool completely, then break into clusters.  

Enjoy as a yoghurt topping or as a nourishing, protein cereal alternative.

Per 30g serve: 

  • Calories: 130 kcal 
  • Protein: 4g  

Pair with Greek yoghurt to add an additional ~17g of protein.
