Ingredients
- 1 serving of Athena Vanilla Protein Shake + Iron
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup nuts/seeds (e.g. almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes - customise to taste)
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Method:

Preheat oven to 160°C.

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined.

Spread mixture evenly onto a lined baking tray.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and set.
