From backyard footy with the boys to captaining Geelongβs Dev team and chasing titles in AFL and longboard surfing, Melanie is all in.
Her journey has not been linear, but learning how to fuel, recover and train smarter has been the game changer. Now, with ATHENA backing her, sheβs going after every edge and every dream.
Two sports. One goal: go all the way.
From four years of injury and burnout to a breakthrough season on the track, 400m sprinter Mikaela knows what it means to fight for your future.
With the support of her coach, her dad, and a fresh mindset, sheβs rediscovered her love for racing and now sheβs chasing every fraction of a second.
Fuelling smarter is her next edge. With ATHENA in her corner, sheβs ready to see how far she can go.
Basketball has been part of Jaymieβs life from the very start, she was coached by her dad, inspired by her brother, and competing at a high level since she was 15.
A serious injury took her off the court, but it also sparked a new career path studying physio, so she can give back to the game she loves.
Now sheβs back, stronger and smarter. With ATHENA behind her, Jaymieβs fuelling for performance, recovery, and every next-level moment to come.
Two years ago, Grace didn't even own a bike. Now sheβs an Ironman 70.3 age-group winner, heading to the World Champs in Kona.
The secret? Consistent training, proper recovery, and learning how to truly fuel her body. With ATHENA in her corner, sheβs stronger, smarter and chasing a top 10 finish on the world stage.
This is just the beginning.
She's a boxer, in the army, and she's a Mum. Taylah has spent 14 years in the ring and nearly a decade in the Defence Force, even becoming the first female to complete infantry training.
Since going pro, sheβs won gold, become a mum, and unlocked a new level of drive. Now, sheβs chasing the Commonwealth Games, World Champs, and maybe even the Olympics.
With ATHENA in her corner, sheβs fuelling for power, recovery, and the road ahead.
