Timing

· 24 March 2025 public launch 

      · 24 March to 14 April 2025 inclusive: applications are open to the public

      · 15 April to 01 May 2025: selection process will be undertaken

          ·  01 to 14 May 2025: Recipients will be chosen and contacted  informed. A draft contract will be sent to the Recipient by 2 May 2025. In the event the Recipient and Athena fail to agree on the contract terms by 11 May, a new recipient will be chosen from the short list)

         · 14 May 2025 recipients will announced.

Entrants:

Entry to the Program is open only to Australian citizens and residents aged 17 years and over. (Those under 18 years require guardian/parent signature).

Athletes (including disabled athletes) from all sports are welcome to apply.

Applicants must be registered (or other proof to be provided) in a competitive event or league within the women’s sports category of such event or league in Australia. We encourage all athletes to apply including those inside and outside Australia who are training for international sporting events.

Applicants must be available for full participation in the Program and to achieve and provide the required Program deliverables on time. In the event an applicant will be overseas or unavailable for a period of time, we advise such persons not to apply unless such persons can meet the deliverables.

Persons with current Athena relationship are encouraged to apply. However, in the event they are chosen, they will need to relinquish such relationship prior to commencing the Program. 

Exclusions:

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, de facto spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling.

Maximum Number of Entries:

Only one entry per person subject to the entry method set out herein. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one prize each in the Program. 

Prize

Individual Prize to be provided to five chosen recipients

The Prize includes the following:

A total reward valued at a combined total of $8,313.00 (eight thousand, three hundred and thirteen AU dollars) made up as follows;

          · A years supply of Athena product valued at a total of $3,137.00 (incl. GST)

          · Athena merchandise valued at a total of $176.00 (incl. GST)

       · A consultation with Sally Walker, Advanced Sports Dietician $225.00

          · Total cash contribution amount of $5,000.00 (five thousand AU Dollars)as per contract terms.

Delivery of Prize shall be as follows:

          · Product to be sent as 4-6 equal deliveries to 1 Australian nominated address. [Vitaco accepts no liability for non-receipt of product. Onus on Recipient to accept delivery. In the event a delivery of Product is returned to Vitaco, the Recipient will pay for re-delivery if requested].  Recipient can select the flavours from the pre-determined list. Vitaco will endeavour to supply such flavours however such is dependent on stock availability and Vitaco reserves the right to supply an alternative flavour unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

         · Merchandise to be delivered as one package at the nominated address  at the commencement of the Program. 

          · Cash contribution transferred to the nominated bank account of the Recipient in 4 equal instalments over the 12 month period as per the contract terms and conditions.

Entry

Method

To enter, applicants must go to www.Athenanutrition.com.au within the open dates and complete and submit all sections of the online entry form. Providing a video message is optional, however it is not a requirement.  This is the first phase of application.

If the applicant is selected to continue into the Second Phase they will be contacted by email and requested to select a time for a video interview to determine brand fit, pose any questions and discuss suitability including deliverables and the contract. 

Agree to the deliverables as per the online form such as provision of content by Recipient and potentially to be the face of Athena.  

The Recipient agrees to an exclusive relationship with Athena for the duration of the Program). This means that during the contract term you will not promote any other sports nutrition brand, including protein, electrolyte, hydration, collagen, pre-workout, or energy drink.

Winner Determination

Winners will be chosen at the discretion of the selection panel.

Notification of Winner(s)

The winners will be notified by email or phone.

In the event the selected Recipient does not wish to take up the opportunity the next recipient will be chosen from the short list.

Recipient deliverables

Participation in ATHENA’s Fuelling Futures Content Series 

·         1 x Social Video ( < 2 minutes final footage).

o    ATHENA hopes to arrange a content production day (half-day shoot) in Sydney for the successful Program recipients to attend on or between 14-29 May 2025.  Recipients must be available during this time.

o    ATHENA will require successful Program recipients to answer questions on camera and approve, and consent to the use of their content (including but not limited to images, video, print) across ATHENA’s social media profiles (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and company or Group website.

o    Content: ATHENA will ask successful Program recipients to answer a series of questions about their experience as a woman in sport, their future plans, and how they plan to utilise the prize money.

·         Social Media Content

o    ATHENA will request three images (such as headshots or in action shots during a sport event) from the successful Program Recipient.

o    Alongside these images, ATHENA will ask successful Program Recipients to provide written verbal quotes as to their experience in the sport. Such may be used by Athena on marketing material for a number of years.

·         Respond to 1x social media content brief every quarter following the announcement. 

o    ATHENA will provide a short brief via email, asking recipients to create a piece of social media content for ATHENA to reshare on the ATHENA social media pages and website. This will be either a series of images or a short video.

·         Approval and consent to use content and Recipients personal data on ATHENA’s website and social media channels for a period of up to five years subject to data privacy laws.
