Vanilla Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 serve (3 scoops) Athena Nutrition Vanilla Protein Shake powder
 - 1 banana, mashed
 - 1 egg
 - 100ml milk of your choice
 - 100g rolled oats
 - 1/4 tsp baking powder
 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, egg, and milk. Stir until smooth.
 - Add the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
 - Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish.
 - Place in the air fryer and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
 - Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
 - Serve warm with your favourite toppings, such as yogurt, berries, nut butter, or a drizzle of honey.
